Training takes place every Monday night from 8-9pm at Dame Alice Owen's School, Potters Bar.

13th December 2009
A brilliant hatrick from Sarah Jowett & a well taken goal from Lucy Edward secure a 4-1 victory against a very strong Harpenden XI.

Goals from Esther Strous, Charlotte Pickup & an excellent 4 goal haul from Chris Field means that Bar 2nd XI stay in at least second place in the league going into the Christmas break with a 6-1 win.

The 1st XI were missing a number of players and turned up with no subs and knowing they were going to have to work hard to keep their performance levels high.

The 1st XI took on Hertford in near torrential conditions on Saturday having arrived at Queenswood to find 40% of the pitch covered in water.

Junior Hockey:
Potters Bar Hockey Club (men) and South Herts Hockey Club (ladies) are starting a Junior Hockey section for the first time this season.

Potters Bar play their home games at Dame Alice Owen's School.
Potters Bar have 3 mens teams and 2 ladies teams.
South Herts Hockey Club have now become Potters Bar Hockey Club, the following motion having being passed at the April 2009 AGM:
"The members of South Herts Ladies Hockey Club will from the commencement of the 2009/2010 season become the Ladies Section of Potters Bar Hockey Club, and will in future play their matches under that name, thereby revoking the name of South Herts Hockey Club."
